Requesting Official Transcripts

To request an official transcript, current and former students must initiate the request through our online ordering system (National Student Clearinghouse). Transcripts are $9.25 each for standard delivery. Rush service is available for an additional charge.

The Office of the Registrar maintains the academic records for all current and former students. National University is also the custodian of records for a number of institutions through a variety of melds and mergers. National University is the custodian of record for the following institutions no longer in operation:

Requesting Degree Verifications

National University of Health Sciences has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree verification. If you are an employer or background screening firm requesting this information please use the link below to submit your request online. We strive for a quick turnaround time for all degree and enrollment verification requests–generally within one business day.

Requesting Enrollment Verifications

We are happy to assist you with your request for enrollment verification. Please complete the Verification Request Form below and fax, mail or deliver it in person to the Office of the Registrar. We’ll mail the requested documentation or allow for an in-person pick-up.
