Hospital Rotations and Clerkships
NUHS also offers the chance for select students in the Doctor of Chiropractic program to participate in exciting hospital internship experiences. To apply for one of our hospital rotations, students must have a minimum 2.75 GPA and apply through the Dean of Clinics. Hospital rotations and clerkships may last from one to six months, depending on the program and the supervising physician’s schedule. Current hospital rotations and clerkships for DC students include:
- Illiana Veteran’s Administration Health Care System in Danville, Illinois
- Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, Florida
- Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, Indianapolis, Indiana
- Fargo VA Health Care System, Fargo, North Dakota
- John Dingell VA, Detroit, Michigan
- Scott Air Force Base, Bellville, Illinois
- Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
