Dr. Jennifer Green is the Chief Clinician of Naturopathic Medicine for the Naturopathic Clinical Program at National University of Health Sciences (NUHS) in Lombard, Illinois. She received her doctor of naturopathic medicine degree (ND) in 2010, and proceeded to work in private practice in an integrative clinic. Dr. Green has been an ND clinician at NUHS since 2013, and earned her doctor of chiropractic degree (DC) in 2021.
Prior to earning her professional degrees, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2004, and worked as a microbiologist for Baxter Pharmaceuticals.
An Illinois native, Dr. Green was previously the treasurer for the Illinois Association of Naturopathic Physicians (IANP). She is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP), and also served as co-chair for a health and wellness initiative involving the community in healthy living.
Dr. Green specializes in women’s health, pediatrics, autoimmune and endocrine disorders, lab diagnostics, Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST), general naturopathic practice, and has a strong determination for finding the root cause of symptoms and individualizing treatments for each person.
She has passion for teaching interns, seeing patients be successful in their pursuit of health, and contributing to her community through health care work. In her time away from the clinic, Dr. Green enjoys spending time with her son and her boisterous beagle, Luna. She can often be found brewing a perfect pot of tea, relaxing into yoga postures, on a long run, or with her nose in a good read.
