Kevin J. Curtin, DC graduated summa cum laude with a doctor of chiropractic medicine from National University of Health Sciences. While maintaining a private practice in is hometown of Homer Glen, IL, and providing practice coverage for vacationing and sick doctors, he was given an opportunity to teach anatomy and physiology at South Suburban College in South Holland, IL on a part-time basis. After his first week of teaching, he knew that he wanted to make a career out of educating students.
Following a year-long assignment as an adjunct instructor of anatomy and physiology, he was afforded the opportunity to join the clinical sciences department at National University of Health Sciences as a full-time faculty. In 2013, Dr. Curtin was promoted to the rank of assistant professor of clinical sciences.
In November of 2013, Dr. Curtin entered back into part-time private practice. His clinical interest includes management of extremities conditions, especially conditions of the foot and ankle. He is the co-author of a truly innovative video book series titled Advanced Manipulation: Theory and Technique.
When he is not teaching or maintaining his private practice, Dr. Curtin enjoys spending time with his wife Jill and twin sons Jack and Ryan. He is also a musician having played the drums for over 20 years in wide variety of musical situations.
