National University of Health Sciences (NUHS) is offering Celebrate Your Health, a fall community health fair, November 4 through November 8, 2024. Members of the community-at-large are invited to participate in health screenings to address conditions such as back/neck pain, knee/shoulder pain, sciatica, hypertension, diabetes/thyroid issues, smoking cessation and allergy and stress related issues.

For a cost of $15.00, new (first-time) clinic patients may participate in health screenings to assess BMI/body composition, blood pressure, oxygenation rate, foot scan, non-fasting blood glucose and cholesterol tests, and an electrocardiogram (ECG).

Health Fair Hours are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday & Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
