Our NUHS Whole Health Center in Chicago is able to provide full-service primary health care for the entire family including:
Chiropractic Care- Diagnostic Imaging and X-ray Services
- Acupuncture
- Laboratory Services
- Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy
- Nutritional Counseling
- Exercise Program
- Women's Health
New patients are always welcome and we try to schedule your appointment within 24 hours of your first call. If your call is an emergency, we will try to see you the same day you call. Our courteous staff will help you fill out your paper work and file insurance claims to make your visit with us convenient.
We offer discounts to UIC students and staff and income-qualifying discounts to those who are not insured.
